Syndicat de la Presse et de l’Audio-visuel de Djibouti (SPAD), or the Syndicate of Press and Audio-Visual of Dji- bouti brings together journalists and other media staff to show solidarity and address key issues as one body. The association mainly represents state media members—editors, reporters, camera operators, and freelancers.
