Organisation of African, Carribean and Pacific States (OACPS) 2nd Call for Applications – ACP-EU Culture Programme for East Africa – Ignite Culture

The ACP-EU Culture Programme, Ignite Culture, is a grant facility for the cultural and creative sectors being implemented by HEVA Fund, in partnership with the British Council Kenya with the financial contribution of the European Union and with the support from the Organisation of ACP (African, Carribean and Pacific) States. 

Project financing will be between 30,000 Euros and 180,000 Euros. The funding will help successful applicants develop programs and projects to grow their own cultural ventures. Projects should be geared towards increased and improved production of creative and cultural good and services through capacity building.
